Shipping,Returns,Taxes and Duties
Shipping Charges

For local shipping, there will be a shipping cost of SGD10.00 if the total cost of items is less than SGD250.00 (before GST/per single receipt). However, if the total cost of the items exceeds SGD 250.00 (before GST/per single receipt), there will be NO delivery charge on the customer and SYY will bear the delivery charge. Additional fees will be collected upon delivery of items for Express deliveries (SGD10.00 per trip) and deliveries to Sentosa Island (SGD8.00 per trip).

Deliveries are made every Wednesday and Friday between 11:00am to 5:00pm.

For international customers, the shipping charge will depend on the weight of the products and the country of the delivery. Because of high costs of shipping internationally, we regret that there will be no free shipping.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that syy.com is not responsible for taxes or duties incurred on international shipping. Any duties,taxes and shipping charges are the responsibility of the patient and must be paid if instructed to do so. Please contact your local customs office on information regarding customs duties and taxes before ordering.


Returns

Returns will only be accepted for an exchange in the case of an error on our part (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and only for unopened items sold and fulfilled by syy.com within 30 days of delivery. We will also bear the return shipping costs should this unlikely event occur. You should expect to receive your correct item within 4 weeks upon receiving the returned item/s. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the item/s.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after the delivery will not be exchanged and shipping costs will not be borne by syy.com.
